Franklin County, Ohio, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3903, and the Ohio Superintendent of Insurance was appointed as Receiver. By Ohio law, the Chief Deputy
Rehabilitator and the Office of the Ohio Insurance Liquidator handle the day-to-day administration of the rehabilitation proceedings under the direction of the Chief
Deputy Rehabilitator, subject to court supervision.
